Growing up I competed in athletics until I left secondary school, being a middle distance record holder at my age. Between 16 and 19, I gained 40 kilograms losing that physical and mental edge I once had. Having been sub-10% body fat and 40% — the same person, at both extremes, within a few years of each other I experienced the polarisation of my confidence, execution and mental clarity. That experience sits behind everything I build for clients. I understand what drives body composition change because I have had to understand it for myself, more than once.

The pattern I kept seeing when clients came to me was consistent: good intentions, genuine effort, and no real baseline to work from. No assessment, no data, no ability to identify what was actually driving their composition. The Blackcard System exists to close that gap — every decision in it is driven by what the numbers show, not by what worked for someone else.
